That is why most organizations begin with our Trans 101 training; to empower their employees or members to be comfortable and competent interacting with trans and non-binary individuals. Starting where your virtual learners are, we reveal the unacknowledged source of their discomfort. With this fresh awareness, participants eagerly learn new, researched-based findings about gender, and emerging terms they need to know. Learners are then equipped with words and practices to use – and to avoid – in order to interact respectfully with trans and non-binary people.
